Standard Delivery Rates

Up to 10 Miles: $25 Flat Rate

10–20 Miles: $2.45 per mile

20–50 Miles: $2.20 per mile

50–100 Miles: $1.95 per mile

Specialized Service Rates

Same-Hour Deliveries: $2.95 per mile

After-Hours & Weekend Surcharge: A flat fee of $50 is added for services outside standard business hours.

Additional Pricing Policies

To maintain transparency, here are our standard additional fees and policies.

Minimum Fee: A minimum charge of $25 applies for all deliveries within Omaha. For deliveries originating outside of the city (over 15 miles from our base), a $50 minimum fee applies.

Wait Fee: Your first 10 minutes of wait time at pickup or delivery are always free. After that, a fee of $1.50 per minute will be applied. This ensures our couriers can remain on schedule for all clients.

Fuel Surcharge: This fee is only applied when local gasoline prices exceed $3.50 per gallon, helping us manage fluctuating operational costs fairly.

Sensitive Specimen Handling: A specialized handling fee may apply for deliveries requiring extra precautions or specific equipment. Please contact us for details.
